Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Before and After School Care service as an Assistant Coordinator.
This is a permanent part-time position with a 66 hour work fortnight. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for children.
About the Role
* Acting as the Responsible Person for the service
* Ensuring a safe and inclusive OSHC service for staff and children
* Managing children's attendance and bookings to maintain supervision and safety
* Supporting the design and implementation of engaging educational programs
* Building strong relationships with families and the school community
* Sharing children's experiences and achievements with families
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or be working towards one. Previous experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) is also highly regarded.
