Key Responsibilities
* Provide credit assistance while ensuring client best interests.
* Comply with ASIC regulations, NCCP, and Best Interests Duty.
* Manage a high volume of loan files from simple to complex.
* Maintain strong client relationships with proactive updates.
* Understand St Trinity's developments to drive optimal client outcomes.
* Efficiently manage the sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
* Stay updated on lender policies and industry regulations.
* Build strong relationships with key bank and lender contacts.
About You
* 2+ years in financial services or banking.
* Proven sales success and growth mindset.
* Strong knowledge of banking, housing market, and regulations.
* Expertise in financial analysis, credit standards, and compliance.
* Passion for client relationships and long‐term success.
* Self‐motivated with a results‐driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience as a mortgage broker.
* Accreditation with lenders.
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
