To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Wellfield Routines Technician to join our team.
The Role: Reporting to the Wellfield Production Supervisor, purpose of the role is to be responsible for performing planned monitoring and recording, in field surveillance and inspection, and non-invasive maintenance and production activities for all wells, gathering systems and associated infrastructure within an assigned geographical area. The role will also provide support to the Wellfield Production team with managing equipment failure intervention and responding to incidents.
In addition, you will:
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Ensure safe execution of planned tasks of assigned wells and gathering assets with the aim to identify issues early and ensuring applicable compliance requirements are met.
- As required, support Production Technicians with first response asset failure intervention activities and incident management.
- Follow all prescribed Permit to Work and safe isolation practices including holding the positions of Permit Holder as required.
- Undertake planned monitoring, inspection, and minor non-invasive maintenance activities as assigned via the company CMMS and raise corrective maintenance notifications as required.
About You
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- Qualifications: High School / FE College [OR] 2 A Levels [OR] BTEC Higher National Diploma
- Previous operational experience working in heavy industry, ideally within oil and gas
- Relevant mechanical trade qualifications or demonstrated experience in a similar role along with the ability to demonstrate technical aptitude
- Gas Test Atmosphere MSMWHS217 or equivalent
- Open driver’s licence (Manual)
- Light Vehicle Operations RIIVEH305 or PMASUP236
- Forklift High Risk Work Licence (LF)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Ability to achieve and maintain all required competencies as per the Arrow Energy Operations Competency Framework
