The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated on-site General Practitioner to join our growing team, providing medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Homes across the Traralgon and Paynesville regions. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to practise relationship-based medicine within a structured and well-supported model of care. As a GP with Access Aged Care, you will work as part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team — including experienced nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and administrative staff — delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care within the Aged Care setting. Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden and provide clear clinical frameworks and escalation pathways, enabling you to focus on clinical care and meaningful patient engagement. RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion). Availability of 1-2 days per week initially, with opportunity to increase. Comfortable with technology, including system-based reporting and common clinical software. A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this role.
