Maintenance Leading Hand Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor and coach crew members to execute maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
* Closely work with the Maintenance Supervisor to identify and source technical information from reference manuals, technical bulletins, and computer-based systems.
* Evaluate and rectify mobile plant equipment defects within an acceptable timeframe while ensuring site safety processes are met.
