What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Professional, you will:

* Build strong customer relationships and promote whole-goods, parts and service solutions
* Use CRM tools to track sales activity, follow-ups and customer interactions
* Conduct field demos and support machinery handovers to ensure a great customer experience
* Work closely with internal teams to manage orders, deliveries and after-sales support
* Stay across competitor activity, market trends and product knowledge to drive sales
* Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement


What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

* Previous sales experience, ideally with agricultural or construction equipment
* Strong understanding of local market conditions and equipment resale values
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High-level customer service focus and relationship-building ability
* Confident using digital tools and CRM systems
* Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
* A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
* Holds relevant driving License
