About the Role
This full-time position is for an experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either the AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. The role involves creating accurate, timely quotes for accident repairs while interacting with customers, work providers and team members. Reporting to the Centre Manager, the position offers stability within a large network of repair facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers
Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner in accordance with repair cost targets and procedures
Complete quotes onsite, off-site and online as required
Process vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
Manage parts to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness
Manage suppliers to record and authorise additional work in a timely manner
Assist with production management of the centre when required
Ensure vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition
Hand over completed repairs to customers
About You
Proven experience in a similar position, including preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
Experience with AudaNet highly desirable
IBody experience desirable but not necessary
Excellent customer service skills and rapport building with clients and work providers
Highly professional and personable
Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
Excel an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines and problem-solve with high accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to safety
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
