About the Role
This role is perfect for someone looking to grow into a leadership position while continuing to deliver outstanding customer service. As the Assistant Service Manager, you'll:
* Support the Service Manager in day‐to‐day operations of the service department.
* Liaise with customers, management, and technical staff to ensure smooth workflow.
* Accurately convey customer requirements and concerns to the workshop team.
* Manage repair orders, invoicing, and scheduling to optimize efficiency.
* Identify opportunities to up‐sell services and recommend future maintenance needs.
* Champion customer satisfaction and build strong, lasting relationships.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Experience as a Service Advisor with a proven track record of customer satisfaction.
* Strong mechanical knowledge or background. Preferred.
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
* Outstanding communication skills and a team‐focused mindset.
* A proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
* A current NSW driver's licence.
