About The Opportunity
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with EY Oceania's goals.
* Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process.
* Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs that facilitate a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with EY Oceania's goals.
2. Monitor the progress of change initiatives and assess effectiveness.
3. Lead specific projects, workstreams or deliverables and support the planning and delivery of Talent-related projects.
Some of the skills and attributes for success include:
* Proven in-depth experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a complex matrix-style organisational environment.
* Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and solving them.
