We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Parts Interpreter looking to start their career with the largest family-owned John Deere Dealer.
Position Overview
As a Parts Interpreter at Hutcheon and Pearce, you will hold a central position within our Bowral Branch, serving as a vital link between our customers and company service technicians for all their parts needs. Your role will require you to complete a diverse range of tasks, including sales and customer service, receiving and delivery of parts, as well as attachments and merchandise.
With your expertise and dedication, you will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction, while also facilitating the smooth operation of our service department.
What You'll Be Doing
* Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
* Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
* Researches and interprets parts requirements.
* Places machine down and stock orders.
* Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with delivery to proper inventory locations.
* Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
* Assists in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
* Follows up on back orders and shortages, advancing issues by reporting to the manager.
* Maintains current product knowledge.
* Participates in Sales Training programs
* As an Apprentice Parts Interpreter you will be required to complete TAFE studies
