Key Responsibilities
The Business Support Specialist will provide essential support to our team and management.
* Manage daily tasks, prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
* Support the Head of Service with diary management, correspondence and data entry duties
* Provide primary reception and patient/enquiry support
* Operate telephone support and manage referrals
Required Skills and Experience
* Sound administrative experience in a hospital environment
* Personal assistant experience valued but not required
* Strong planning, prioritising and delegation skills
* Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Outlook)
* Understanding of confidentiality and privacy legislation
