The Roles Available
1. Senior / Lead Physiotherapist
$90,000+ base + commission/bonuses
This role is for physios who want impact, influence, and growth, not just another senior title.
You'll:
* Lead and mentor a team of motivated clinicians
* Split your time between clinical work, mentoring, and leadership
* Walk into a busy caseload with a strong referral base
* Be supported by:
* Principal Physiotherapist
* Manager of Clinical Performance
* Business Development & Marketing Manager
Translation: you lead clinically, we support the business side.
2. Physiotherapist (New Grads Welcome)
$70,000+ base + commission (New Grads from $65,000)
This is ideal if you want to:
* Build confidence fast
* Treat a varied MSK caseload (sports, spinal, post-op, headaches, rehab)
* Learn from experienced clinicians who actually enjoy teaching
* See a clear path to senior or leadership roles if you perform
You won't be left guessing, you'll have regular mentoring sessions, in-services, and structured feedback so you know exactly how you're progressing.
