Specialising in sublimation, digital, and embroidery printing for sports clubs, businesses, and community groups. Every day is different – from helping bring designs to life to making sure our operations run smoothly.

The Role
You'll be a vital part of our team, working closely with the business owner and touching all parts of the operation. Your duties will include:
* Production: Stock sorting, garment printing, packing, shipping.
* Customer Service : Handle incoming emails, chats, and phone calls to support our customers with friendly and prompt communication.
* Optional: If you have graphic design or artwork skills, there's room to get creative
What We're Looking For
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
* Willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever need
* Comfortable with some manual work (physical fitness required)
* Must be an Australian permanent resident
* Ability to perform moderate lifting up to 20kg as required for production tasks
