We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic customer service team. As a key member of our team, you will provide quality service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
* This is a permanent full-time position (35 hours per week).
* The remuneration for this role is $2582.98 gross per fortnight, with the opportunity to progress to $3099.58 gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).
Your New Role
You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and provide valuable assistance to community members with a wide range of requests.
Duties of this Position
* Provide advice to internal and external customers;
* Undertake call centre operations;
* Process applications and requests;
* Provide feedback to customers on unresolved issues in a timely manner;
* Cash handling responsibilities including receipting and reconciliation.
Requirements
* Substantial previous customer service and/or administrative experience relevant to the role;
* Excellent time management skills;
* Organisational, communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
