Home Care Support Specialist
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Support Specialist to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care to aged clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
1. General housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
2. Personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with mobility and therapy goals.
Award rate is guaranteed, along with superannuation and paid kilometres. Our employee benefits program includes salary packaging up to $18,550 tax-free per year.
To enhance your career prospects, we offer accelerated learning programs to gain professional qualifications (Cert 3). Paid CPR and First Aid courses are also available.
