JWH Group are seeking a Reception/Client Concierge to join our team in Osborne Park. We're seeking an organized and efficient customer service individual to support our office operations for Residential Attitudes and Oswald Homes.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the JWH Group, one of Western Australia's largest building groups.
Key Responsibilities
Answering calls and greeting clients arriving in reception.
Preparation of clerical construction documents.
General office admin including maintaining office supplies, banking and invoice processing.
Maintaining the presentation of meeting rooms.
Job data entry and processing.
Upload and manage documentation and contracts.
Sending job orders.
Actioning additional admin requests as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in an administration/reception support role preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with maintaining office operations and providing administrative support.
Skills and Attributes
Organized and efficient with excellent time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Positive demeaner and a can-do attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills.
