In the role of Business Banking Manager, you will join a high-performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customers—focused, empowered, and committed to keeping things simple. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
o Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
o Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
o Identify new referral opportunities.
o Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
o Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
o Manage day-day compliance requirements.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
o A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
o A genuine passion for customer service.
o Excellent communication skills.
o A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours.
o Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
