Job Title: Guest Services Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, ensuring that every stay is memorable.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, dining reservations, or dry cleaning services
* Handle unique guest needs and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
* Provide information about property amenities, local attractions, special events, and activities in the surrounding area
* Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns
* Coordinate with other departments, such as Housekeeping or Bell Services, to resolve guest requests quickly and effectively
* Maintain accurate shift logs and documentation for smooth handovers between shifts
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to remain professional and composed while handling multiple guest requests. Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful guest connections is essential.
