* Handle phone and email inquiries with first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction
* Identify customer needs through effective questioning and system checks
* Participate in training to stay updated on processes, policies, and systems
* Adapt to new business systems and stay flexible in a changing environment
Skills and Qualifications:
* Problem-solving to achieve optimal outcomes for customers and the business
* Versatile and capable of performing all team roles and responsibilities
* Maintain a sense of urgency to efficiently address all customer requests
* Proficient in computer literacy, adaptable to new business systems, and comfortable with change
* Great communication and administrative skills
