OverviewSodue Pty Ltd is seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Cavan Team (SA).
The RoleReporting to the Retail Accountant, this role is central to maintaining accurate records, supporting month-end processes, and assisting with general finance duties.
You'll also provide backup support to other accounts clerks, contributing to a collaborative and efficient finance team.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess creditor invoices and prepare payment runsReconcile and balance creditor statementsManage filing systems and maintain accurate recordsRespond to internal and external account queriesReconcile accounts payable and assist with month-end reportingPerform general accounting duties as requiredWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 12 months' experience in accounts payableGood understanding of accounting processes and accounts payableExperience with computerised accounting systemsStrong documentation and record-keeping skillsSound knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.Intermediate Excel skills will be highly regarded.A positive, team-focused attitude and attention to detailWhy Join Us?
