Overview
Impact Personnel have partnered with a leading National Surveying organisation, that specialises in working on large-scale high-rise construction projects across Perth. They are currently looking to add to their team for the start of 2026, if you are an experienced Construction Surveyor then this might be for you.
Responsibilities
* Conduct site surveys, including setting out of levels, alignments, and measurements for high-rise building projects.
* Prepare, interpret, and review survey data and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with design plans and regulations.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to identify and resolve any surveying challenges on-site.
* Perform as-built surveys, monitor structural movements, and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
* Provide timely and precise reports, including survey data analysis and recommendations.
* Assist with construction scheduling and sequencing, ensuring the alignment and progression of work meets project timelines.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Construction Surveyor, ideally within the high-rise or large-scale construction industry.
* Strong proficiency in modern surveying equipment and software (e.g., Total Station, GNSS, AutoCAD, Revit).
* In-depth knowledge of surveying practices, construction methodologies, and relevant legislation in Western Australia.
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Current driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites.
* Diploma of Surveying
* DCAC - highly desirable
* White Card
