Role: Early Childhood Teacher
Location: South-East Queensland Region, QLD – All centres are located within the South-East Queensland regional area in QLD
Salary Range: Early Childhood Teachers - ranging from $45.45 p/hr to $68.53 p/hr + Superannuation (depending on qualifications and experience)
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Your Impact!
As a Teacher, you will inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high‐quality early learning programs, to ensure you're achieving optimal outcomes for children.
Essential Qualifications
5. Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
6. Current Teacher Registration
7. Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
8. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
9. Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
10. Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
11. Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
12. Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
13. Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
