We seek a visionary educator and researcher to lead the development of courses in economics, econometrics, and business statistics, as well as shape new programs in Business Analytics and Decision Science.

Requirements:
* A PhD in quantitative economics, econometrics, or a related field, with a strong focus on applying advanced analytics to real-world problems;
* Proficiency with statistical and analytical tools such as Python, R, Stata, or SAS, and experience with cloud-based platforms and visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau;
* Expertise in advanced quantitative methods, including econometrics, causal inference, data science, or machine learning, applied in complex, data-rich contexts;
* Experience designing curriculum that makes quantitative content accessible, engaging, and relevant for diverse business students;
* A track record of innovation in teaching large undergraduate subjects using inclusive, digitally enhanced approaches;
* Strong research output in top-tier journals (ABDC A or above), with experience leading data-driven, applied projects;
* Understanding of AI and machine learning in business and economics, and ability to embed this into teaching and research;
* Experience supervising HDR students in quantitative or data-intensive fields;
* A collaborative, inclusive leadership style that contributes to high-performing academic teams.
