Join Civmec's expanding maintenance team as a skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter for Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) roles in the Southwest. Spanning various exciting maintenance shutdowns and projects from Kwinana to Bunbury, this opportunity offers regular work throughout the year. Become part of our core crew and enjoy the advantage of being home every night while tackling challenging projects and earning competitive rates.
The Role
Duties and responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the below:
* Maintaining and servicing of pumps, compressors and blowers
* Conduct fault finding for breakdowns
* Read, apply technical documentation supplied
* Installation and alignment of new components
* Perform other general duties as required
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
* Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
* Construction White Card
* Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue)
* Enter and Work in Confined Space (within 2 years of issue)
* Gas Test Atmospheres (desirable)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and regular / random Drug and Alcohol screens
* Own form of transport to and from site
