The Role
As the Restaurant Manager at Coogee Pavilion ground level, you are the face of the restaurant and a warm and welcome face to the local community.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for the front of house operation and driving the financial result, lead a large and diverse team of experienced staff, developing them, upskilling them, and driving them to deliver an exceptional guest experience all at the same time maintaining a fun and caring team culture.
Working in a senior management role you will:
* Lead and coach a diverse team of people. Ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything you do
* Understand and own your financials. Be a numbers person and challenge revenue driving opportunities
* Be hands-on and operational.
* Know your product. Drive a culture of learning to guarantee you and your teams know our product inside out
* And (of course), make sure every guest has an exceptional experience every time
