Job Description
We work in partnership with community and welcome Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Provide first- and second-level technical support to users, ensuring reliable operation of end-user computing environments.
* Operate and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
* Manage cloud identity and access with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and perform API integration tasks.
* Apply cybersecurity awareness and compliance principles to protect end-user environments, responding to phishing and other threats in line with documented procedures.
* Deliver quality customer service and build positive working relationships.
Core Skills
* User-level administration and support of Microsoft 365 services
* Support for Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
* Cloud identity and access management via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
* Knowledge of API integration
* Demonstrates attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
* Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information appropriately
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, is highly desirable
Cybersecurity Awareness and Compliance
* Knowledge of cybersecurity principles relevant to end-user support environments, awareness of Microsoft Defender services for endpoint and email protection
* Understanding of common cyber threats, including phishing, and the appropriate response actions in accordance with documented procedures
Requirements (Compliance)
* A current South Australian Working with Children Check
* A current National Police Check
* A Safe Environments for Children and Young People (Through Their Eyes) Certificate
* A current Australian Driver's License
* Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent relevant practical experience
