Position Overview
As the Psychologist, you will support participants across a diverse caseload, providing assessment and therapeutic intervention tailored to individual goals. You will work closely with participants, families and multidisciplinary team members to deliver evidence-based strategies that enhance emotional wellbeing, behavioural outcomes and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients across the lifespan
* Complete psychological and behavioural assessments
* Develop and implement tailored, person-centred intervention plans
* Provide support for participants with disability, including complex needs
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
* Deliver strategies to families, carers and support staff
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports (NDIS aligned)
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
Qualifications
* AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
* Experience working within disability, community or NDIS settings (desirable)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
* Commitment to person-centred, strengths-based practice
