Job Title:

Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator



This role is an opportunity to utilize your skills in stakeholder engagement and communication to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects.




Key Responsibilities:




* Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively engage with stakeholders

* Prepare and distribute materials, including project updates and traffic information

* Coordinate with internal teams to manage risks and maintain accurate records

* Respond to community and stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner

* Support internal communication activities and reporting requirements

* Maintain project systems and databases





Requirements:



To be successful in this role, you will require:




* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Public Relations, Media Relations Communications or Business

* Extensive prior experience in communications and stakeholder management on major infrastructure projects

* Experience working within a team and leading team members
