Job tasks and responsibilities
* Customer phone support
* Customer email support
* Build relationships with clients
* Execute daily administrative tasks
What we're looking for:
* A high-energy & upbeat person who genuinely cares and has an ability to work with people of all walks of life.
* Must have previous customer phone-based support experience (minimum 12 months +)
* Must have intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel computer skills
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Ability to speak Chinese Mandarin / Cantonese - Highly Regarded
