Clover Hill supports our vision to be a family-owned cool climate wine producer. As Kitchen Hand, you will support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations and tasks.
About the Role
* Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment, adhering to government standards and company expectations.
* Assist the Head Chef with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, washing fruit, and preparing sauces.
* Contribute to cleaning of cellar door buildings and on-site accommodations.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Attention to detail and consistent quality standards.
* Work Health & Safety awareness.
* Valid driver's licence and Police Check certificate.
* Availability to work weekends.
