Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated Helpdesk and Data Quality Officer Trainee to join our team. As a trainee, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients via phone or email. You will also be responsible for ensuring the data quality is maintained in the system. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Skills:
1. Strong problem-solving skills
2. Ability to work under pressure
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
1. Responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries via phone or email.
2. Providing technical support on hardware and software issues.
3. Escalating unresolved issues as appropriate.
4. Monitoring data quality in the system.
5. Identifying areas for improvement in processes related to data quality.
6. Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications:
1. Be willing to complete a traineeship – Certificate 3 Business Administration
2. Experience working in customer service but not essential.
