Nurse Practitioner – Residential Aged Care | Dubbo & Surrounds (NSW)
We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to residents in Aged Care Facilities across Dubbo, Condobolin, Mudgee, and Orange. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple communities, with travel time and mileage fully reimbursed.
About the Role :
You'll work autonomously while collaborating with GPs and the Senior Medical Officer to deliver high-quality care to aged care residents across several facilities. You'll conduct clinical reviews, coordinate care plans, and ensure continuity across the region.
Key Responsibilities :
* Regular visits to RACFs across Dubbo, Condobolin, Mudgee & Orange
* Conduct assessments, implement care plans, and perform follow-ups
* Contribute to medication management and preventive care
* Liaise with GPs, aged care staff, and families to ensure consistent communication
About You :
* Current AHPRA registration with NP endorsement
* Eligible for a Medicare Provider Number
* Professional indemnity insurance and full working rights
* Willingness to travel across multiple sites
* Excellent clinical reasoning and autonomy
