Consultant, Culture & LeadershipLocation: GeelongDivision: People, Culture & EngagementContract Opportunity till 9 September 2025.Hourly rate up to $66 plus super.We are seeking a Consultant, Culture & Leadership to contribute to programs and initiatives that drive a high-performing, purpose-driven culture. This role supports the delivery of organisational development activities focused on culture, values, leadership, talent management, employee listening and performance initiatives.Working alongside Senior Consultants, you will support the design, development and implementation of organisational development strategies that enable business goals. You will provide advice on cultural transformation and change initiatives, assist in the planning of leadership development activities, and manage program logistics including procurement and evaluation reporting.You will collaborate across enabling teams to embed culture initiatives into people practices and deliver projects using agreed project and change management methodologies. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage stakeholder relationships, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Key Requirements:Experience supporting the design, implementation and evaluation of people strategies, culture or leadership initiatives.Demonstrated project and change management skills, including planning and delivery.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across varied audiences.Experience supporting or analysing organisational surveys such as the VPSC People Matter Survey or Employee Opinion Surveys (EOS) will be highly regarded.Intermediate to advanced skills across job-related software and virtual collaboration tools.Tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Development or a related field (desirable).Knowledge of Employee Experience Design, Human Centred Design, or Agile methodologies is beneficial.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to shaping a progressive and high-performing culture.Please apply with current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
