The Role
Position: Pharmacy Assistant – Level 2 or 3
Location: Priceline Pharmacy Gympie
Working Hours: 32 – 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent – Part Time
Proposed Roster:
* Week 1: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri
* Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer queries
* Assist the Retail Manager in leading, training, and mentoring the retail team
* Maintain compliance with company policies and pharmacy regulations
* Ensure high standards of stock presentation, inventory accuracy, and merchandising
* Identify and address stock discrepancies or operational issues
* Maintain a safe and healthy working environment (OHS compliance)
* Drive a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
Skills and Attributes
* Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to supervise staff
* Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills

Physical Requirements

* Using hands to operate POS systems, manage stock, and perform merchandising tasks
