This organisation was established in 1966 and is a non-profit charitable organisation where local staff serve in partnership with international volunteers to build capacity in the sectors of health and development working together in hope for the welfare of the people.
You will provide strategic guidance on HR policies and systems supporting the National HR Manager in navigating the country's complex legal and cultural environment. You will develop people-focused strategies that strengthen the organisational culture and promote staff wellbeing across the organisation.
You will need HR certification or a degree and experience with a focus on policy development and organisational culture in international contexts. You will demonstrate knowledge of best practices for supporting diverse workforces in challenging operational environments.
