Description
The Aqua Jetty in Warnbro is one of the City's aquatic and health facilities and we are committed to providing excellent customer service to all patrons during every visit. The centre offers a range of programs and facilities for the whole community and is open 7 days a week.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide support to the Customer Service Team Leader in providing high levels of service on the reception desk and the merchandise shop. If you are a team player with great people skills, strong time management skills and administration skills to match, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for you if you have worked with customers in a busy environment and you have appropriate skills to deal with conflict and general queries, as well as strong skills in using computer programs. A current Provide First Aid Certificate and a current CPR Certificate is also essential.
Selection Criteria
* Experience in a similar role, involving customer service, preferably in a leisure facility setting
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to manage time, plan and organise own work
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Shift Pattern
Applicants must be flexible and available to work in line with the facility's opening hours. The position is offered with a guaranteed minimum 10 hours per week. Aqua Jetty operates seven days per week, from 5:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday and 6:30am to 7:00pm Saturday and Sunday. All shifts will fall within these hours of operation.
What We Offer
The hourly rate for this position is $33.61, plus superannuation.
