About You
Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology
Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA
Full working rights + Australian Driver's Licence
The Role
Empower injured individuals to rejoin the workforce with confidence and care
Deliver meaningful assessments and guide career transitions that truly matter
Work closely with health professionals, employers, and insurers to create smart, personalised solutions
Manage a diverse caseload including RTW plans, assessments, health coaching, and EAP services
Craft tailored recovery plans that build resilience and drive results
