With a strong presence in the Cobbitty, NSW area, they are seeking a motivated and commercially driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join their expanding team.

In a Nutshell
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will guide buyers through the purchasing journey of project homes, from initial enquiry through to contract signing. You will work closely with developers and leverage estate opportunities to drive consistent sales, while delivering a seamless and professional customer experience.
This role will require weekend working (inclusive of Saturday & Sunday) with 2 days off in the week.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to signed contract
* Generate and convert leads through display homes, estate relationships, and referrals
* Build strong relationships with buyers, developers, and key stakeholders
* Guide clients through house and land packages and off-the-plan opportunities
* Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
* Represent the brand with professionalism and strong market knowledge
What We're Looking For
* Experience in New Homes sales or real estate, ideally working with developers or in off-the-plan sales
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Strong understanding of the residential property market and sales process
* Excellent lead generation, qualification, and closing skills
* Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-focused
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building ability
