We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join an established and thriving organisation.
This position oversees the daily activities of the customer service function, ensuring inquiries, orders, complaints, and feedback are managed promptly, accurately, and with care.
The Customer Service Manager builds a culture that prioritises customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. In this role you will be managing a team of 5+ Customer Service Representatives.
The day-to-day:
* Lead, coach, and support a team of customer service representatives, fostering a high-performance culture that consistently delivers outstanding service.
* Provide guidance and regular feedback to boost individual and overall team performance.
* Assist with identifying gaps and introducing process improvements
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer enquiries, complaints, and resolutions using the customer relationship management
Who you are:
* Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP.
* Proven experience in a similar role, managing a Customer Service Team
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
