**The Role**:
Key responsibilities within the role are as stated, but not limited to;
- Collaborate closely with our dedicated customer service staff and office management
- Expertly manage customer correspondence, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Handle purchase orders, streamline processes, and assist in preparing accurate and compelling quotes.
- Tackle various ad hoc administration tasks with finesse and efficiency.
- Assist the warehouse with technical support for product support, explanations or guidance as required.

**Your Profile**:
To be successful in the role, you will be someone who has exemplary customer service management and administration experience having dealt with a wide range of stakeholders with relevant industry experience that showcases your understanding of the field.
