Northern Star Support (NSS) is growing, and we're looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our supportive, values-driven multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for an OT who is passionate about working with children and families, values collaboration, and wants to feel genuinely supported — not micromanaged.

About the role
You will provide occupational therapy services to children and families across clinic, home, community and educational settings. The role includes assessments, report writing, therapy planning and close collaboration with families, educators and the wider NSS team, all within a flexible, family-centred and evidence-based model.
About you
You are an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with a passion for paediatrics and family-centred practice. You bring strong communication and collaboration skills, and are keen to be part of a supportive team. New graduates are welcome to apply. A current WWCC and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) is required.
