Electromagnetic Effects Specialist
This role involves developing content for engineering management plans, systems engineering management plans, EMC control plans, spectrum management plans, emanations security control plans, and RADHAZ control plans.
* Develop technical documentation to ensure compliance with electromagnetic environmental effects regulations.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate E3 needs into the project.
* Review system cable schematic drawings and cable schedules.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electromagnetic environmental effects and experience in RF and/or antenna design.
* Bachelor's degree in electronics or postgraduate qualifications in radio frequency and/or maritime/navy experience.
* Demonstrated experience in RF and/or antenna design.
* Understanding and exposure to electromagnetic environmental effects issues.
* Knowledge and/or understanding of emanations security (EMSEC).
* Excellent communication skills.
* NV1 defence security clearance.
* Eligibility to be cleared for international traffic in arms (ITAR) regulations.
