Due to the current General Manager being promoted to a Commercial Director role within the Group, we are looking for someone to lead our award-winning
Ovolo Nishi
reporting through to our area General Manager ACT/NSW.
About You
You’ll have a good understanding with the commercial aspects of the business, including restaurants & bars and have a strong rooms division background with proven abilities in increasing revenue streams & profitability across both.
You will build and a team of hospitality professionals at all levels capable of delivering warm, genuine and personalised service, sourcing, selecting and engraining a service culture in those who fit and can execute against the brand vision.
Develop solid relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from above property support teams to company leaders and hotel ownership, receiving guidance, direction and giving feedback throughout.
Strong analytical skills will be required to be applied to operational reviews, statistical analytics, forecasting and market studies.
You will also contribute to the hospitality industry by being involved in local committees, championing career development or attending networking events.
Most importantly...most importantly....you are a highly effective leader and coach. You have the ability to lift and inspire your team. You instinctively understand the direct link between our employee experience & our guest experience and can drive both of these to great success.
