If you're excited to turn today's blue-sky thinking into a better tomorrow, you'll find support and opportunities to grow your career and make a meaningful impact.What you'll experienceA global business with diverse career opportunities across disciplines and a vast business network, with a commitment to adaptable, hybrid working arrangements.Team discounts across Woolworths Group brands and a rewards program that recognises purpose-driven work.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Program Leads and Project Managers with governance deliverables and administrative tasksPreparation for workshops, forums and meetings — secure facilities, build agendas and presentations, coordinate inputs, procurement of materials and other tasks to ensure desired outcomesMaintenance of Project Management Tools — update milestones, meetings, minutes, risks and issues, status reports, governance checklists and all documentation required for phase gate approvalsFinance management — month end reporting, assist Project Managers with monthly forecast preparation, EA approvals, purchase order management, invoice processingAdministration support — capture and distribute meeting minutes and actions, prepare communications, update project schedules, maintain the program roadmap, follow up stakeholders and project team members on outstanding actions, risk and issue updates, relieve Project Managers in their absenceWhat you'll bring2+ years experience in an administrative or support role, preferably with exposure to projectsDemonstrated ability to write, speak, and present clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settingsProficient in Project Portfolio Management and associated tools e.g. MS Project, Smartsheets, Miro, Jira is desiredHigh energy, team player with a genuine interest in supporting a team and the successful delivery of projectsAbility to work in an incredibly fast paced and autonomous environment and comfortably manage competing prioritiesEveryone belongs at Woolworths Group.
