ABOUT YOU
* Enjoy a challenge
* Dedicated, practical, pragmatic, and have an interest in the waste management / environmental services industry
* Have completed further education - TAFE, Trade or have equivalent practical experience in transport/logistics
* HR license, skid steer & forklift experience
* Must be willing/prepared get your hands dirty - perform a variety of driving and other operational roles throughout your training
* Be flexible with working hours
* Interested in leading a team and managing people to achieve business goals
* Willingness to be posted to a variety of sites to gain experience in a number of different roles during your training period
* Able to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medical
* Able to provide up to date QLD Roads Driving Records at interview stage

As a Business Trainee (Leadership Development Program), you will have the drive to succeed through team engagement and an understanding of principles that underpin excellence in our operation.

You will be eager to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company during your training - with the support of internal mentors every step of the way.
