CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced SHEQ Advisors for upcoming opportunities with our client based in Darwin, NT. This role will suit a hands-on SHEQ professional with strong experience driving safety, health, environment and quality outcomes within operational, industrial, terminal, resources, energy, chemical, fuel, manufacturing or major hazard facility environments. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded in operations, partnering with teams on the ground and influencing positive safety culture through practical leadership and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Provide SHEQ leadership, governance and support across Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams Support development and review of risk assessments, JSA’s and SWMS Conduct regular site inspections and ensure regulatory and company compliance Investigate incidents and support corrective action implementation Assist with contractor management processes and site engagement Maintain and improve SHEQ systems, procedures and registers Facilitate WHSE meetings and support internal/external audits Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business SHE strategy Support emergency preparedness and response activities Ensure reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time Our Ideal Candidate: 3–5 years’ experience in SHEQ, HSEQ or operational safety environments Experience within terminals, fuel, chemical, heavy industry, mining, manufacturing or major hazard facilities highly regarded Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management and safety systems Experience conducting investigations, audits and compliance activities Ability to build relationships across all business levels and influence outcomes Engineering qualification (Mechanical/Chemical) highly regarded Certificate or Diploma in WHS or willingness to obtain Return-to-Work Coordinator and TAE qualifications advantageous What We Can Offer: Salary package between $140,000 - $150,000 Super Performance Bonus Permanent opportunity with long-term potential 35-hour working week Opportunity to work within a critical operational environment Exposure to continuous improvement and strategic SHEQ initiatives Professional growth and development opportunities How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Health and Safety, please click APPLY, or submit your resume to lorissa@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
