The Graduate Program
Our Graduate Program is designed as a dynamic two-year journey where graduates join as Analysts and gain exposure to different areas of operations consulting. From Procurement and Supply Chain Planning to Manufacturing, Engineering & Reliability, Logistics & Distribution, Intralogistics and Sustainability, the program provides exposure across a range of operational environments and industries.
Through a series of rotations and hands-on client experiences, you'll have the opportunity to develop your consulting skills while growing both professionally and personally. Our goal is to provide graduates with long-term career opportunities at Argon & Co following the program.
As an Analyst, you would typically contribute to real client projects from day one. Your work may include:
* Analysing operational data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
* Supporting supply chain, manufacturing or logistics transformation initiatives.
* Mapping business processes and identifying inefficiencies.
* Preparing insights and presentations for client workshops and meetings.
* Collaborating with project teams to design practical solutions for complex operational challenges.

Based out of Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.
Key Requirements
* Be in your final year of study, or have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past four years (2023–2026), in Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics & Transport Management, Data Science or Analytics, Business, Operations, Economics, or another quantitative or analytically focused discipline relevant to consulting.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A mindset focused on developing bespoke solutions to complex problems.
* Leadership experience demonstrated through previous employment or extracurricular activities while studying at university.
* Proven ability to work within a team environment.
* Results-focused, resilient, and resourceful.
* Initiative and a desire to challenge yourself and continuously keep learning.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
This role will require flexibility for travel throughout Australia.
