**About your new role**:
- Lead and develop teams, both in-house and outsourced, to achieve performance goals.
- Drive practical solutions and outcomes in a transforming landscape.
- Leverage extensive operational management experience to link service excellence to business strategy.
- Partner with Procurement to discuss existing contracts and secure new suppliers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- P&L management.
- Identify continuous improvement to continue to increase customer engagement and service quality.
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct periodic reviews.
**About you**:
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of coaching, developing teams, and achieving team and business goals.
- Extensive experience in operational management and customer service.
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and facilitating resolution.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to implement operational plans and foster relationships.
- A sound Business acumen and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in operational management or related disciplines is highly desirable.
