Our client is a well-established provider of trust accounting and administrative services for property professionals. Based in the Lower North Shore, they offer a supportive team environment and are seeking a Junior Accounts / Administrator to assist with day‑to‑day trust accounting and office administration.
The Role
* Manage shared email inboxes for invoices and general correspondence
* Data entry
* Upload and process client invoices within trust accounting software
* Filing, scanning and maintaining accurate document records
* Handle basic client e‑mail enquiries and administrative follow‑ups
* Manage bond lodgements and reconciliations across multiple states
* Provide general administrative support to the accounts team
The Candidate
* A confident and clear communicator
* Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
* Previous experience in real estate, trust accounting or property administration is desirable but not required
* Well‑organised, proactive and able to juggle competing priorities
