Client Service Representative | Sydney, NSW
IQVIA is looking for a driven and client‐focused Client Service Representative to join our Sydney team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of Australia's most recognised brands ranged across Pharmacy and Grocery - delivering high‐impact insights in a dynamic, data‐driven environment.
In this role, you'll partner closely with clients to help them unlock the full value of IQVIA's products and services, building strong, trusted relationships and delivering outcomes that truly make a difference.
What you'll be doing
* Build and grow strong relationships with a portfolio of high‐profile clients
* Resolve client queries with speed, ownership, and a positive, solutions‐focused mindset
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience
* Analyse large pharmacy and grocery datasets to uncover trends and generate meaningful insights
* Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance client outcomes
What we're looking for
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field
* 2‐3 years of related work experience
* Experience in retail Pharmacy and /or grocery / consumer sales industry ideal
* A confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* A curious, analytical thinker with strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
* A customer‐first mindset and a genuine passion for delivering great service
* Experience working with data and the ability to use MS Office and Power BI to analyse, visualise and present data effectively
